The house sits on over an acre of land. We've made a relaxing little oasis in the backyard with underground sprinklers and a small area of grass.

 

Most of the 1 acre lot is treed and healthy. The fire mitigation of the entire lot has been approved by the Woodmoor Fire Dept.

 

A two-story playhouse/fort is set back from the house.

 



The back of the house boasts three areas to relax: a covered patio off the kitchen, a wood deck, and a cement patio off the walk-out basement.

 



We've had many evening fires on this patio.
